Singapore
Robinsons Singapore provides free local delivery when the order total is at least S$150. Orders below the threshold attract a S$4.99 delivery charge inclusive of GST, and the stated delivery estimate is three to five business days.
Robinsons Singapore allows an order to be cancelled without charge while it has not yet been sent for delivery. Once dispatch has occurred, the cancellation route is no longer available and the applicable return rules take over.
Robinsons Singapore warrants Robinsons-brand goods against manufacturing faults for three years from purchase or delivery. A valid claim may receive a replacement, full refund less postage and handling, or 110 % store credit.
